- The silent centralized crusher is suitable for crushing various plastic materials, including waste generated from injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion molding.
- Standard configuration includes dedicated high-quality alloy steel blades, which are tough, wear-resistant, and feature adjustable blade extension for repeated use.
- The machine body adopts a fully enclosed structure and is equipped with a sound insulation device, which can effectively reduce the noise generated during crushing. At a distance of 1 meter from the machine, the noise level is approximately 80-90 dB when crushing soft plastics and approximately 85-105 dB when crushing hard plastics.
- Add current relays, motor overload protection, and multiple safety protection devices.
- The crusher can be equipped with optional auxiliary equipment, such as: conveyor belt feeder, immediate recovery system, immediate recovery dust removal system, metal separator, powder screening system, etc. Non-standard customization is also accepted.
