- This series of crushers is specifically designed and developed for wide-width plastic products such as pallets, pipes, sheets, and plastic doors and windows.
- Various tool structures can be configured to meet different material requirements. Thick-walled products can use a blade-type tool holder structure (trapezoidal arrangement), while thin-walled products can use a hollow flat/V-shaped tool holder structure.
- Models TLG8146 and below use mounted bearings; models TLG1056 and above use independent bearing housings with pressure caps; models TLG1265 and above use split housings with independent external bearing housings; these features prevent dust from entering the bearings and extend machine life.
- The crusher can be equipped with optional auxiliary equipment, such as: conveyor belt feeder, immediate recovery system, immediate recovery dust removal system, metal separator, powder screening system, etc. Non-standard customization is also accepted.
