- This series is professionally designed and developed for hollow shell parts, suitable for: large barrels and the crushing and recycling of large plastic shells (such as chemical drums, suitcases, storage baskets, plastic chairs, car bumpers, television shells, refrigerator shells, washing machine shells/inner liners, and other large household appliance plastic parts).
- The box has an open-type design, providing a large capacity; and the blades/screens are easy to inspect, maintain, and replace.
- The cutter holder adopts a V-shaped cutting design. The unique angle of the feeding hopper can directly feed the crushed material to the cutting edge, avoiding impact on the sidewalls and enhancing the wear resistance of the sidewalls while reducing crushing dust.
- Models TLD6250 and below use mounted bearings, while models TLD8365 and above use external independent heavy-duty bearings. These load-bearing bearings and oil seal devices, along with sound insulation panels, effectively reduce vibration and noise, ensure materials are not contaminated by oil, and extend the machine’s service life.
- The crusher can be equipped with optional auxiliary equipment, such as: conveyor belt feeder, immediate recovery system, immediate recovery dust removal system, metal separator, powder screening system, etc. Non-standard customization is also accepted.
