- The claw-type tool holder is specifically designed for hard plastics, offering strong load-bearing capacity while optimizing the cutting angle to improve cutting efficiency and reduce tool wear. It comes standard with high-quality alloy steel cutting tools that are tough, wear-resistant, and feature adjustable blade extension for repeated use.
- The feeding hopper is double-layered with sound insulation and is highly wear-resistant; the interlayer is filled with sound-insulating material to effectively reduce noise.
- Models TLY6740 and below use mounted bearings, while models TLY7550 and above use independent pressure-cap bearing housings, load-bearing bearings, and oil seal devices. Combined with sound-insulating baffles, these features effectively reduce vibration and noise, ensuring that materials are not contaminated by oil.
- The feeding hopper is opened and closed by a cylinder, making it easy to operate.
- The crusher can be equipped with optional auxiliary equipment, such as: conveyor belt feeder, immediate recovery system, immediate recovery dust removal system, metal separator, powder screening system, etc. Non-standard customization is accepted.
