- Featuring a V-shaped blade holder design, it uses a shearing principle to shred materials rather than tear them apart. The shredded particles are sharp and angular, producing less dust, reducing energy consumption, and increasing production capacity. For PP woven bag crushing, a large oblique staggered blade design can be selected.
- The split-type housing and independent external bearing seats prevent lubricating oil from entering the crushing chamber and contaminating the material, and also prevent dust from entering the bearings, thus extending the machine’s lifespan.
- It can be used for wet crushing to increase output. It can also be equipped with a friction sander/screw feeder to achieve a basic dust removal and cleaning effect.
